Upcoming training courses for Scottish landlords.
Landlord training is delivered via our sister organisation Landlord Accreditation Scotland where you can find full details of the programme. Training dates are published on the SAL website as well and emailed to members. Attendance is open to non-members on a chargeable basis.
SAL Members attend Core Standards training sessions free of charge and benefit from discounts on other training sessions. Members may attend these courses in any location that suits them. The Core Standards modules equip members in all the basics including issuing tenancy agreements and notices; dealing with tenancy deposits; what to do about anti-social tenants plus how to market your property to let. Other training courses are available to members at a discounted price.
For those who prefer to receive training on their own premises, at times to suit them, please enquire about bespoke training options. This can be a cost effective option for several staff in the same premises, ideal for agents. info@scottishlandlords.com
